Sending my condolences to Monty and family. I served as Bob's Secretary for several yrs. under Res/Plng/Museum/Dept of Ed. Bob & Ruth are our role models and "Parents of Educution" Bob was a great prop. writer he brought many programs to the reservation! We thank Dr. Roessel for the "Fabulous NN Museum" glowing from the red rocks of our Capitol. He put so much work into it fundraising for it! We thank them for teaching our children&promote our tradition. We will miss them dearly. God Bless Bob, Ruth and Family.
